Favourable location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Good access everywhere as a train station was close to the property. The most important was the staff - caring and excellent people. The room with a view.

I got great value for my money at Dem Guesthouse in the heart of the historic area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with just a short walk to Termini station. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

Everything was clean and functional, and the air conditioning worked well. the breakfast choices were ample, and we loved having access to a 24, hour coffee machine. the location was convenient, just a 5, minute walk from the main train/coach station and near the Metro. We mostly walked around Rome and even made it to the Colosseum in just 20 minutes. the staff, especially Rafael and Stephano, were friendly and provided great recommendations. it was a super affordable option, perfect for those who plan to explore the city.
